Wedge gate valve:
Gate valves with two sealing faces wedged together. The purpose of using the wedge is to increase the auxiliary sealing load and achieve both high and low medium pressure sealing. A guide mechanism (guide rib) is provided on the body of the wedge gate valve to prevent the gate from rotating when it is opened or closed and to ensure that the gate is aligned with the sealing surface of the seat.
