Concentric Butterfly Valves

The structure of the concentric butterfly valve is characterized by the stem axis, the center of the butterfly plate, and the center of the valve body in the same position. The stem moves along the center line of the disc without any deviation. Our concentric butterfly valves have a full-diameter construction to reduce flow resistance and ensure smooth flow through the valve. In order to overcome extrusion, scratching and ensure sealing performance, the valve seat of the concentric butterfly valve is basically made of rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene and other elastic materials, which is a soft sealing butterfly valve. In order to solve the problem of squeezing between the butterfly plate and the seat of the concentric butterfly valve, a single eccentric butterfly valve is also produced. Its structural feature is that the valve stem axis deviates from the center of the butterfly plate.
