Low Temperature Globe Valve

The Low temperature globe valve is applied to low temperature working conditions. Due to the possibility of liquid freezing under low temperature conditions, the valve typically has anti freezing or anti icing designs, such as special anti icing devices or heating elements. When operating the valve, rotating the handwheel counterclockwise can drive the valve stem and disc upwards. The sealing element leaves the valve seat and the valve opens; Rotating the handwheel clockwise will drive the valve stem and disc to move downwards, pressing the sealing element onto the valve seat, then the valve closes.

Design Advantages

Epoxy phenolic laminated fiberglass cloth is used between the upper and lower valve stems to achieve heat insulation.

The packing uses PTFE to reduce friction and solve the sealing problem under high pressure and low temperature conditions.

The low-temperature globe valve has an explosion-proof and fire-resistant structure, which can directly come into contact with low-temperature media.

The internal components are made of low-temperature resistant materials, which can be used even in extremely low temperature conditions and maintain good mechanical properties.
